This document outlines the Shipping, Fulfilment, Returns, Refunds, and General Terms applicable to all purchases made through RUWKNE (operated by DK LIM GROUP PTY LTD).
RUWKNE is operated by DK LIM GROUP PTY LTD, an authorised distributor and retailer of selected beauty, wellness, lifestyle, apparel and premium food brands within Australia and selected international markets.

1. Brand Categories & Fulfilment Structure
RUWKNE partners with authorised manufacturers and distribution partners. Orders may be fulfilled from our Melbourne warehouse or approved third-party warehouses depending on brand and stock availability.

2. General Shipping Conditions

RUWKNE is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

3. Returns & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene, food safety and regulatory requirements, return eligibility varies by product category.
A. Beauty & Wellness Products
(VTN, Rosytime, Rhapsody)

Returns accepted only for damaged goods that remain unopened

Must be reported within 14 days of receipt and damaged goods should be returned back to us.

B. Apparel (Ruwen) & MKHN Leggings

Return requested within 14 days of dispatch
Ruwen Special Conditions:

Original QR packaging must be retained

Garment seals and packaging must remain intact

Underwear cannot be tried on due to hygiene standards
C. Hapi Bakkwa – Food Products
Due to strict food safety regulations:

All food sales are final
-
No change-of-mind returns
-
No returns for taste preference
-
No returns for incorrect quantity ordered
Claims accepted only if:

Product or packaging arrives damaged
-
Confirmed quality issue upon arrival
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
RUWKNE is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
Minor texture changes due to temperature during transit do not constitute product defect.

4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns are not required under ACL and remain at RUWKNE’s discretion.
5. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
Customers agree to contact RUWKNE before initiating a payment dispute.
If a chargeback is filed:

RUWKNE may provide delivery confirmation and communication records

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported

Future purchases may be restricted
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, RUWKNE is not responsible for theft after delivery.
6. Abandoned, Returned & Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is:

Returned due to incorrect address

Rejected by customs

Abandoned after delivery attempt
Then:

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Redelivery fees must be paid before reshipment

If refund requested, shipping and return fees will be deducted

Parcels destroyed by customs due to unpaid duties are non-refundable

Parcels unclaimed for 30+ days may be forfeited

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
