Shipping & Returns

This document outlines the Terms & Conditions for purchasing beauty and wellness products from VTN on RUWKNE, applicable exclusively to RUWKNE customers. VTN is managed by Access Corporate Group Australia. All VTN products and orders are dispatched from either our Sydney or New Zealand warehouses, depending on stock availability. The brands under VTN include Vida Glow, Eimele, TheroNomic, MitoQ, Thalissi, and Lovekins. If you have any questions or require clarification regarding the Terms & Conditions, please contact us via email at info@ruwkne.com.au.

Within Australia

All VTN orders will be processed and dispatched within 4-15 business days, depending on the processing date. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, a tracking number will be provided via email, with delivery handled by DHL, Australia Post, or UPS. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Please note: Express shipping is not available.

Other Countries (UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Korea, Japan, New Zealand Only)

All VTN orders will be processed and dispatched within 5-20 business days, depending on the processing date.

All international orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The purchaser is responsible for any currency conversion fees. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Please note: Express shipping is not available.

All VANZO product orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. VANZO products are manufactured in Malaysia using raw materials sourced from Japan. If you have any questions or require clarification regarding the Terms & Conditions, please contact us via email at info@ruwkne.com.au.

Within Australia

All in-stock orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery, or Australia Post Express. A signature is not required for delivery within Australia unless otherwise stated or requested. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address or, if no such location is available, the order will be taken to your nearest Post Office (applicable only for Australia Post) for collection at a later date. A delivery card with instructions will be left in your letterbox.

New Zealand Only

All in-stock orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery, Australia Post Express, or other available couriers. Deliveries to New Zealand currently do not require a signature.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address or, if no such location is available, the order will be taken back to the depot or a third-party courier for collection or redelivery.


VANZO products are available exclusively within Australia and New Zealand. Due to quota restrictions, sensitivity, or import eligibility issues, VANZO products cannot be shipped to certain countries, such as China.

International Shipping

All products are available for shipping to international destinations, including Singapore, Malaysia, China, the US, Europe, Indonesia, Japan, and other Asia-Pacific countries. Note for Ruwen Products: Please ensure the size is correct before making a purchase. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Returns Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or leaked, contact customer service at dkmgroup.au@gmail.com with an attached photo and invoice for order replacement or a full refund.

  • For Ruwen products:

    • Keep the packaging for the QR code needed to report back to the company for a replacement or refund.

    • Do not remove the underwear as originally received.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation of the returned goods/products.

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable. Customers must cover the cost of items sent back, but there are no additional postage charges for exchanges shipped back to you.

  • Refunds will be made by the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us.

Returns & Refund Policy (For Beauty and Wellness Brands/Products)

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are unopened. Please note that all return requests must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order by contacting us at info@ruwkne.com.au. Due to global regulations, we cannot accept refunds for opened packages, including cases where customers are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for 'change of mind' once a purchase for VTN products has been made. If you believe the product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you and issue a refund where applicable.

Please read the ingredients of each product carefully. If you have allergies, consult your doctor before purchasing.

Returns & Refund Policy (For All Other Brands/Products)

Returned goods/products will be inspected alongside the receipt, and they must be in good condition. The packaging should also be in its original condition, within the original shipping packaging as received.

Ltd, Vanzo Asia Sdn Bhd, and  Access Corporate Group Australia to DK LIM GROUP PTY LTD and through authorised dealership and sole distribution in Australia. Any distributions that are sold on other platforms that are not by authorized distributors are considered as non authentic. 

 

Discount code is not valid for this promotion or at VTN.

For special upgrade platinum member purchase, shipping is included within whole of Australia.

To upgrade or sign up as VTN member, you have to place an order through our website at www.ruwkne.com.au. After receiving your order, we will contact you to assist you with your VTN membership account. Once your membership is created, we will officially place an order for you.

 

All international orders will be processed in Australian (AUD) dollars. The purchaser is responsible for any and all currency conversion fees. Orders will arrive 5-14 business days for Auspost Standard, 1-4 business days for Auspost Express, 1-5 business days for Fastway/Couriers Please. A tracking number will be provided through email or contact number once the orders are shipped.
