Q1: What does Shield Greens taste like?

Q2: When is the best time to take Shield Greens?
It is recommended to take it in the morning on an empty stomach to better absorb phytonutrients and probiotics, and start the day's light metabolic cycle. If you have a sensitive stomach, you can also take it with breakfast or within 30 minutes after breakfast, with equally ideal results.

Q3: How should I prepare Shield Greens? Does the water temperature matter?
Mix one sachet with about 250 ml of cold or warm water and stir well before drinking. To protect the probiotics and plant nutrients, use water no hotter than 40 °C, and avoid using boiling water.
